- Must be 22 years old to 59 years old.
- Minimum Salary of P15k.
- Employed with a company of at least 50 employees (SEC registered).
- No derogatory records with banks and other financing company.
- Rank and file up to managerial level is allowed.
- Company ID and 1 Government ID (SSS, Passport, Drivers License)
- Two (2) Months latest Payslip together with payroll bank account (if applicable)
- Latest COE (at least 2 months old)
- Latest Proof of Billing (POB)
- 3 references (relative or friend) - even same house, at least one (1) relative
- Completely filled-up application form.
- Co-maker with income (and/or owned house if renting)
- A Filipino Citizen
- 21-59 years of age upon loan maturity
- Latest 2x2 picture (3pcs)
- Latest 2x2 picture (3pcs)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs (Company ID, Passport, Driver�s License, SSS, etc.)
- Proof of Billing (electricity, telephone, water bills)
- Must have a steady source of income.
